Bought this after my rescue dog Pepper started showing really bad anxiety after we moved house. Some of the tips I'd heard before but the daily routine in chapter 4 was new to me and actually made a difference within 2 weeks. Would have liked a bit more detail on the supplement section but overall really happy with it. Good value for money.
Good guide, really practical advice. The morning routine took us a little while to get used to but after about 3 weeks Charlie was noticeably more relaxed. The section on supplements was especially helpful, didn't know half of those existed. Only giving 4 stars because I wish there were more photos throughout but the content itself is solid. Worth every penny.
